How To Request A Return

1. Email us at Allnaturalroots1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a return authorization and the return shipping address within 1 business day.
3. Ship the product back (customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the product is defective or shipped in error).
4. Once we receive the return, your refund is processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Conditions

• Returns must be requested within 365 days of delivery
• Product must be at least 50% remaining (we genuinely want you to give it a fair try!)
• Damaged or defective products are replaced or fully refunded at our expense

Lost Or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us immediately. We'll work with the carrier and make it right at no cost to you.
